Safety Policy

At Bike Tours Central Park, we want everyone to have a fun, memorable, and safe experience riding through the park. Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy your tour with peace of mind.

Riding Ability
Our tours are designed for people who already know how to ride a bike. We’re unable to provide riding lessons on the day of the tour. If you’re not confident riding a bicycle, we kindly ask that you sit this one out. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable if a participant cannot join due to lack of riding experience.

Your Bike, Your Responsibility
When your bike is delivered to you, please take a moment to check it over carefully. Make sure the brakes, tires, seat, and handlebars feel right. You’re welcome to request a different bike right away if anything doesn’t seem perfect. Once you accept the bike and start riding, you are responsible for how you operate it.

Safety on the Tour
Cycling in Central Park is wonderful, but like any outdoor activity, it comes with the usual risks of riding a bike. You are in full control of your bicycle at all times. Bike Tours Central Park organizes the tour and provides the equipment and guides, but we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the ride. How you ride and the choices you make are entirely up to you.

Insurance
We do not provide insurance coverage for participants. For your own protection and peace of mind, we strongly recommend having valid personal travel or accident insurance that covers cycling activities. In the unlikely event of an incident, you should contact your own insurance provider.

This policy also applies to our tour guides. As the organizers of the event, we are not liable for any accidents involving guides or participants.

By joining our Bike Tour in Central Park, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We’re here to help make your day fantastic — so hop on, enjoy the ride, and let’s create some great memories together!

If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help. 🚲
