PLEASE NOTE: As of 11 October 2019 Paypal will be retaining a fee when executing refunds. Paypal, as a third party payment provider, charges us a fee when you make the payment for your tour and then charges a second fee when we make refunds. Therefore, starting from 11 October 2019, we will be retaining a small fee when executing refunds to you, our customers. Thank you for understanding.

If you have reserved your bike or pedicab tour and cannot come due to some reason you may get a refund (small fee applies) or reschedule the tour for another day. If such situation arises give us a call and let us know about your intentions.

If the weather conditions don’t allow us to execute your tour we will reschedule the tour or refund your payment. We would refund tours only due to raining and poor weather conditions. If your trip plans change and you want to cancel the tour you must inform us 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so we will not refund your payment.
