Starting from 06 April 2026, we will be retaining a 15% fee when processing refunds to you, our customers.
If you have reserved your bike or pedicab tour and cannot come due to some reason you may get a refund (15% fee applies) or reschedule the tour for another day. If such situation arises give us a call and let us know about your intentions.
If the weather conditions don’t allow us to execute your tour we will reschedule the tour or refund your payment. We would refund tours only due to raining and poor weather conditions. If your trip plans change and you want to cancel the tour you must inform us 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so we will not refund your payment.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour and we have not received any prior communication from you by the end of the tour day, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you miss your tour but contact us via email with a reasonable explanation, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to be as fair and understanding as possible, any refund remains at our sole discretion. Our goal is always to deliver a satisfactory experience for our customers while maintaining trust and operating responsibly.
